Petra Otomasyon brings custom machine building, industrial automation, electrical panels and industrial software together under one engineering approach.

Based in Gebze, Türkiye, we consider mechanical manufacturing, controls and production data as connected parts of a system. We also work on existing machine upgrades, replacement parts and precision machining requirements.

Our engineering approach

We start with the process: the part, operating sequence, constraints and intended result. Defining these together helps connect mechanical decisions with electrical design and control software.

Integration as one system

A fixture affects the motion sequence; a sensor affects the control logic; the operator interface affects daily use. We consider these interfaces together when defining the solution.

Quality and acceptance

Drawings, tolerances, operating scenarios and acceptance criteria should be agreed before implementation. The test scope and documentation are defined according to the project rather than assumed from a standard package.

Manufacturing and implementation

Custom machines, electrical panels, spare parts and machining are assessed against drawings, quantities and delivery requirements. Assembly, software and commissioning scope are clarified during technical evaluation.

Based in Gebze

Petra Otomasyon is based in Gebze, Kocaeli. Site work, installation location and service requirements are assessed when defining each project; travel and commissioning arrangements form part of the agreed scope.
